Qualifications

Required Faculty Qualifications:

1. Must have a minimum of two years (4,000 hours) full-time or equivalent demonstrated relevant wood industry occupational experience, one of which must be within the last five years.
   
2. Bachelor’s degree in Wood Science and Technology or related field, or an Associate’s degree with the agreement to obtain a Bachelor’s degree upon hire. 
   
3. Willing/able to meet Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) and Higher Learning Commission (HLC) requirements, accreditation standards, and/or licensing standards where applicable.
   
4. Experience in teaching and working with diverse populations preferred.
