Help with this formula. #Value error?

 Hoping someone can help me with this. I think the formula would work if as long as I got everything in the right places. I just don't know if the VLOOKUP(if true) can be combined with the IF statement after it. The false would be the G!Base_Bot_Rail_Width.
Hoping this is just parentheses and commas located in wrong spot.
