How do you make a route priority last?

I want to have some cutouts on a part to be done last,
Reason for this is part might move if cutout is done prior to other machining.
In previous releases you were able to designate the priority number 999 so that was done last.
2020 version you start at priority  1 and keep selecting a routes as the priority increases. That is not a problem for few routes. But I have many many more.

Any ideas for easy solutions?
Thanks.
