importing DXF to toolbox

Hi Community, hope everyone is doing well. I have some DXF that I was trying to import to toolbox but i am unable to for some reason. Could anyone guide me on how to correctly import DXF to toolbox and then assign material to certain parts and then machining and make it a Microvellum Product. I have attached some DXF for your reference.
