Here is my problem. We use annotative dimensioning. When I do the dims in model space it only includes the one scale that is current. As a result it does not show up if the viewport is at a different scale. I know how to fix it and add the extra scales and match properties.

Is there a setting so that by default dimensions  includes all the scales?
