Is anybody using ERP to estimate countertop production labor?
We use our beam saw to cut parts off of a manually generated cutlist. We don't use our router to cut top decks or splashes or anything.
The entire process is manual, from start to finish.
Has anybody come up with a way to estimate the labor required for this?
I wouldn't think that Microvellum ERP is either intuitive enough to estimate for radiuses, holes, seams, etc when it's all done by hand.
And I don't know that there's a formula complex enough to handle that.
