Lamello Furniture Connectors Now Available in the Foundation Library

Microvellum is happy to announce the integration of a set of 16 new furniture connectors from two Lamello product lines into the Foundation Library: The Cabineo cabinet connectors and P-System Clamex connectors. To access these new connectors, open the Hardware Wizard in your Library Specification Groups. All 16 will be accessible under “Hardware Edge Array”.

These products will be available for clients to implement into their projects from library version 23.0828 and onwards.

Cabineo Cabinet Connectors

The Lamello Cabineo 8 and 12 are one-piece cabinet connectors usable with all CNC machines, due to only requiring surface machining. The Cabineo 8 is a cabinet connector made for use in center panels 16mm and above in thickness. The Cabineo 12 is a cabinet connector made for use in corner joints from 13mm onward. Both can be added into projects in Toolbox with variants complete with a flush, cover caps, of the following options within the hardware array:

P-System Connectors

The Lamello P-System line is comprised of detachable furniture connectors, all of which are anchored using the custom P-System groove for and can be disconnected using a lever accessible through a 6mm access hole.

The Clamex P-10 is a self-clamping detachable furniture connector made for butt joints with a minimum material thickness of 15mm and in butt joints from 12mm and above.

The Clamex P-14 is a self-clamping detachable furniture connector made for butt joints with a minimum material thickness of 18mm and in butt joints 15mm and above.

The Clamex P-Medius 14-10 possesses 2 installation depths and can be used to attach two shelves to the same dividing panel at the same height, with a minimum division thickness of 16mm.

The Clamex P-Flexus 14-10 has flexible positioning pins that allows it to be installed in a pre-assembled cabinet, to be used in butt joints from 12mm, and butt joints from a minimum thickness of 18mm.

Lamello’s detachable, self-clamping connectors can be added into client projects within Toolbox, with the following options available for selection in the hardware array:
