don't know if this has ever happened to anyone else. just got done processing a work order with parts that are radiused. the inside radius was designed to be 24.7500" after processing the inside radius is coming up as 24.761" on the nest with the true shape nesting being set to one click left of the middle. is this a precision issue or not having true shape on a higher setting. i have turned true shape up to two clicks from the max and currently processing under a different work order which is still running for over an hour now. any suggestions or comment will be greatly appreciated.
