I added a pull to the library and the 3d model works and orients based on the product (Drawer/Cabinet door). My issue is coming when I get my elevations. The 2d orientation for the pull only works vertically and won't rotate horizontally for me. 1.02 & 1.03 are using the same pulls but the 1.02 (drawer) wont rotate them properly. 

Heads up I'm pretty new to MV and we are starting to finally start pushing it more. So I'm assuming I'm missing an easy step somewhere but would appreciate any help.
