No Back Holes on F.E.

The problem I am having is when I select a Finished End, It drills all the holes in the side of the cabinets except for the holes for the back. I cant find where to adjust this. I have finished ends in construction options  set to screw, is there another place I can adjust what is screwed and what is not other than construction options?
