Not sure what's going on?  and how to change / control the grain .  Had issues with this ins the past project but only with one cabinet, which I think I copied a formula over from a cabinet which was being nested / optimised correctly and made it work ( not sure how ha! )

All the documents in a search provided more confusion than clarity!

Any help to get this to process correctly to avoid manual nest manipulation
