We use a saw to create our dados on our tops, bottoms & sides for our back to fit into. So I've set this up with our dado clearance below:

I'm running into an issue where an extra pass needs to be added and it won't add it. Is this machine token limited to cutting out only the tool kerf so it won't clean out this extra bit? Below are examples:

In blue you can see the added piece where it clearly needs to run another pass. Any help would be appreciated
