There will be a simple solution to this, but I can't seem to find it!

The Perfect Corner routes on pocketed shaker doors are fine when viewed in 2D, but when nested, the Z value of the route changes to the depth of the main polyline (no ramped corners).

I'm guessing it's a toolfile setting?
