Sheet order in nesting report

I'm running into an issue with my nesting report from a work order this morning. I have two different materials and two different processing stations, one material on each. So if Material 1- Station 1 = M1S1 and Material 2 - Station 2 = M2S2, the report is coming out in the order: M1S1 Sheet 1, M2S2 Sheet 1, M1S1 Sheet 2, M2S2 Sheet 2, M1S1 Sheet 3, M2S2 Sheet3, etc. instead of being grouped by material like it normally is when I've run multiple materials on one post. The second post is a copy of my regular router post with a larger part spacing for processing mitered parts. Both posts are set to group by material, and I haven't touched anything in the Report Designer, so I'm kind of at a loss.

Edit: I've just noticed while manually splitting the printed sheets that both materials have the same file number progression and that's why the report is grouping them that way. I've looked in the processing station and don't see anywhere to set a a prefix or the like. Do these have to be processed in separate batches (as the file names are starting with the batch name)?
