As you may know, our development team has been working to resolve issues with our Solid Model Analyzer (SMA) tools and Include Routes in Border (IRIB) algorithm. Resolving these issues remains a high priority for our team. Today, we are happy to report that we have made significant progress on resolving many of the issues that have been reported. Specifically, we have improved the 3D model analyzation accuracy and speed, the processing speed for parts that require the use of the IRIB algorithm, compatibility between IRIB and the True Shape Nesting algorithm, and quite a few other issues that will enhance the performance, accuracy your overall experience with these tools.
Here are some sample before and after images that will illustrate the improvements we’ve made...

We anticipate releasing the latest round of improvements
for SMA and IRIB in a beta build within the next few days. The beta should remain active for approximately one week, pending feedback. If you would like to gain access
to this beta build, and you have already opted into our beta programs, the
links to the update will be posted in our Microvellum Insiders forum.
Not sure what the Insiders forum is? It provides Community members an opt-in experience for early access to software, libraries, and information about active beta releases. Know what's coming before the general public and be the first to give feedback and help shape the future of our platform. If you would like to gain access to this forum and our beta releases, and you agree to opt into our beta program, please send your request to join to [email protected]. Be sure that you read and agree to the terms of our beta programs before proceeding.
