I am wondering if anyone else is running into the same issues we are ever since updating to OEM '23.  We started on an earlier build but are currently on the 23.1.613.642.  

Similar to the "MV Extruded Product Builder" template we built "stockish" default cut sections for our desks that we modify based on the job requirements.  Since upgrading to OEM '23 we have found that many times parts are being created but are moved in/out with no real reason or way to fix it so it doesn't continue to happen.  

The issue is that it is creating parts that are the wrong size as well as machining issues if we have to use SMT instead of just saving the SMA product.  

Below is a stock cut section and a small straight wall that instantly has these issues.  All the back side panels are moved to be centered on the construction path.  The countertop and its build-up is moved and centered as well.  

On a straight wall it's easy to see and fix the issues.  But on a curved wall or anything with corner negotiations the parts are then sized incorrectly and causing issues.
