So recently started using Solid Modeling for some Nurse stations and when it creates the product it is not routing completely through on the extruded parts.  Using some 18mm ply and we have it at .709" in the material file and fix the parts on the screen at .709.  If the part ends up at .7089 or .7088 after you stretch it it doesn't route it out all the way through the board.  In order to fix it we have to go to the drawing section, set to decimal on the dimension and work them to be exactly .709 or go into the properties and change all occurrences of one or two thousandths to the material thickness.   Don't seem to ever had this problem in the past.
