Trouble saving formula in workbook "S"

I am trying to change the joint_tolerance from =M2U(0.2,G!Accuracy) to =M2U(0.7,G!Accuracy) every time we change it it reverts back to the previous formula even though we have saved, minimized, saved again, and saved at the edit design data level. Please help.
