Using MV to Provide Cut Files for Outsource

Due to an overloaded pipeline, my company is reaching out to another company to outsource casework production. We use MV and have a Weeke CNC and the other company uses another program with a Morbidelli X200.

I imagine the other CNC uses a different file type than the Weeke. For this to work, would we have to add a processing station and toolfiles to our MV as if it were communicating with the Morbidelli X200 instead of the Weeke? Or is there a simpler solution?
