What are people doing for varying thickness material, on only backboards? MV is setup to just groove, non thick back board's, with one pass, so in my case its using a 12mm cutter, to make a 10mm groove. 2mm is too much space and way too loose. I could get a cutter that is the correct size, but the moment it is blunt and i need to sharpen it, the size is now incorrect again. 

MV pocket cuts thick backs perfectly, but wont do the same for thin backs, how do i force it to or what other clever suggestions do people have?

**UPDATE** ive tricked the system by using the thick back prompt, but then changing the material to the 10mm thats needed, now it will pocket cut instead of just grooving, its very cack handed and requires a couple more steps but i think will be doable.
