Issue: Could not Load File or Assembly SQLServerCE
Issue:
The installation of Toolbox version 7 failed, and generates the error, "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=4.0.0.0"
Possible Solution:
It is possible that the installation may be failing while trying to install the Microsoft SQLCE 4.0 installation package. You can force the install to skip this portion of the installation by already having the Microsoft SQLCE 4.0 installed on the computer. You can go to the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17876 and download and install the appropriate file, either 64-bit or 32-bit file, for the computer. After that is downloaded and installed, rerun the Toolbox 7 installation.
