You can search or browse for any particular topics in the Microvellum Knowledge Base, Community, or your existing support tickets.
Search for Answers
- The search box is the primary element you see at the top of every page. Enter your keywords here and click Enter. A list of topics or Help Center articles related to your search will appear.
- To refine your search, select the drop-down arrow on the right-edge of the search box to display your search options.
- As you type your question, the system will try to recommend content that best matches your keywords or phrases you entered.
- If a recommendation matches your search, then select it from the list. If not, click enter to display the full list of possible matches for your search.
Filtering
- At the top of the results page, you will see a category selection. You
can browse "All" categories or select the "Knowledge Base", "Community"
or "Tickets" options.
- On the left-side navigation panel, you will see a list of Community categories. You can select the Community category to display other recommendations per category.
