The following release notes apply to Toolbox Build 20.1.1124.641. 

Product List

1. Resolved an issue where the quantity of all selected items were not being saved to the database. 
2. Resolved an issue where the Product List would close when a room was copied. 
   
3. Resolved an issue where Column Group Titles were not visible. 
   
4. Resolved an issue where sorting by description was throwing an error. This was dependent on Project size. 
   
5. Resolved an issue where adding a column grouping and restarting the product list was throwing a fatal error. 
   
6. Resolved an issue where columns added to the grid were always added to the end of the grid instead of following the order established in Grid View Settings.
   
7. Resolved an issue where Product List reverted to row 1 after resizing columns instead of remaining at the same row. 
   
8. Resolved an issue where adding a room in the Product List caused the Tree View to jump to the very bottom right of the list. 
   
9. Resolved an issue where closing the Product List caused Toolbox to error out. 
   
10. Resolved an issue where Product Lists from multiple Projects could be opened at once. 

1. Modified code so that only products that are changed get updated to the database, improving speed. 
2. Modified the Product List context menu, moving "Print Grid," "Export Grid," and "Grid View Settings" to the bottom.
   
3. Modified Parts List Review command to include all parts and only show ones with a part quantity greater than 0. This ensures parts without a draw token are displayed in the list.  
   

Grid View Settings

1. Resolved an issue where all the columns were checked ON when Grid View Settings was first opened, but they weren't actually turned on. 
   
2. Resolved an issue where a save was prompted even when "Disable Prompt to Save" was selected. 

Project & Room Tree View Interface

1. Added many new features to Project & Room Tree View Interface. Learn More.
   
2. Added the ability to multi-select items in the Tree Viewer for Projects and Locations (Rooms).
   


3. Added the functionality of copying a room to another category.
   
4. Added the functionality of deleting multiple rooms or projects at once.
   
5. Added a visual displaying the last time the project was opened while hovering over it.
   

1. Resolved an issue where renaming then copying a room resulted in products from both rooms being merged.
   
2. Resolved an issue where the room .dwg was not being renamed along with the database record.
   
3. Resolved an issue where copying a category into a child of the category would create an infinite loop.
   
4. Resolved an issue that allowed for renaming the parent category in the Room Tree Viewer (the Room Name).
   
5. Resolved an issue that allowed for the renaming of a project that was currently open.
   
6. Resolved an issue that allowed for illegal characters to be entered in the Tree Viewer prompts.
   
7. Resolved an issue where Projects with numbers were not being sorted correctly in the Tree Viewer.
   
8. Resolved an issue where a child category could be moved to a parent category when named the same.
   
9. Resolved an issue where moving work orders was hitting upon code intended for Rooms causing an error. 
   
10. Resolved an issue where a duplicate room, project, or category name could be created using different capitalization. Now "TEST" is the same as "test."
    
11. Resolved an issue where renaming a Project in Tree View was not renaming the same project within the Spec Group. 
    
12. Resolved an issue where a copied project was not displaying the correct name outside of Tree View. 
    
13. Resolved an issue where renaming a Project that did not have a project folder would result in nothing happening. 
    
14. Resolved an issue that allowed a room to be deleted while it was open but the .dwg was closed. 
    
15. Resolved an issue where the current project was not updating if the Project Status was changed.  
16. Resolved an issue that prevented the top-level parent category from being renamed in the Projects list. 
    
17. Resolved an issue where the wrong project was being opened when multiple projects were selected and then a project was double-clicked. 

1. Modified functionality so that “Copy drawing file(s)” is turned on by default.
   


2. Modified "Select from Recent Room" drop-down so that it is no longer typeable.
   
3. Modified tree view functionality resulting in improved load times.
   
 

1. Modified the minimum and maximum sizes of the Tree View windows to 200 x 400 pixels and 1200 x 1000 pixels respectively. 

Predictive Search

1. Resolved an issue where the new search feature was causing categories to stay open in the Tree View if search results were located in them. Now categories open with search results, but afterward are left expanded or collapsed as the user had prior to the search. 
   
2. Resolved an issue causing slow load times with the new search feature. 
   

1. Removed the AutoComplete functionality from the Tree View Search. Now the Tree View only displays items that match the current search. 

Employee Permissions

1. Added the ability to Allow Project Rename.
   

Machine Tokens

1. Resolved an issue where Virtual Route would not display correctly in 3D when the token was set up to use a pocket (region).
   


2. Resolved an issue where subassembly rotation would not allow the BORE token to use the associative parameters to associate to another part.
   
3. Resolved an issue where shelf standards were not evenly spaced.
   


4. Resolved an issue with CONSTHOLESPACING spreadsheet function not calculating correctly.
   
5. Resolved an issue where help pictures for hardware machine tokens would not be displayed in the interface.
   
6. Resolved an issue where shelf holes with certain machine points would not associate and run in the correct direction.
   
7. Resolved bulge not working on PLINEFROMHOLES token and error message if Parameter 3 was incorrect.
   

1. Modified help text for Type 2 Associative Shelf Holes. We also adjusted the help text for the Space from Top and Space from Bottom parameters to note the parts machine point.
   

1. Removed the DXF machine token from the software.
   

Scaling

1. Resolved an issue with text alignment and Annotative Scaling.
   
2. Resolved an issue where the dimension was not being moved over by the filler size in 2D images.
   
3. Resolved an issue where the Explode Factor was using imperial values in metric libraries.
   
4. Resolved an issue where text sizes were scaling down on redraw.
   

Database Management

1. Resolved an issue where the exporter would try to pull the entire products table due to child-parent link between LinkIDCategory. 
   

1. Added “Clean up Materials in Spreadsheet” utility to the Database Management > Tools tab.
   

Modify Work Order

1. Added grids for other material types in the Modify Work Order UI. Learn More.
   


2. Added Markup, Labor Value, and Waste Factor to the Modify Work Order UI.
   


3. Added the ability to double-click the grid to edit the sheet.
   

1. Resolved an issue where the Change Material Name UI was not opening in the Hardware Items tab.
   
2. Resolved an issue where selecting Update Factory Material with nothing selected in the grid would produce an error.
   

Products

1. Modified "ProductComment" so that it can not be hardcoded anymore.
   
2. Modified behavior related to replacing products. If there is a formula in the Original Product's Width, Height, or Depth prompt values AND that formula matches the formula for the Replacement Product, then the formula is not changed. Otherwise, the Replacement Product is hardcoded with the calculated value from the Original Product.
