The purpose of this article is to break down the different options within the Rich Text editor.

After inserting a RichText component into your report, you’ll find a special editor when you double-click it. This editor can change the font, load and save the RTF text, color, size, paste expressions, etc.. The RTF text can be modified with this editor without the need for a third-party editor. This editor contains the following tabs:

  1. Hyperlink – This tab allows you to specify the URL source that contains the Rich Text.
  2. File – This tab allows you to load a file that contains the Rich text.
  3. Data Column – This tab allows you to specify the data column that contains the Rich Text.
  4. Text – This tab allows you to specify text. You can edit the text here using a set of special tools.
