As of build 20.1.608.641, there is a Modify Work Order interface that allows users to make changes to work orders more conveniently.
Access the interface:
- Open a work order in the processing center.
- Select General > Modify Work Order.

Properties
This section allows users to modify work order properties. This information is primarily useful for identification purposes within the Modify Work Order interface. However, the changes made to work order properties here are applied to the Workorders table of the factory database for use in reports, should the user desire (See Figures 02 and 03).

Batches

- Change Batch Name – Allows users to enter a new name for a batch. Changing the batch name here changes the name in the database as well as changing the name of the batch folder.
- Delete Selected Batch – Allows users to delete a selected batch. Deleting a batch here deletes the batch from the database as well as deleting the batch folder.
Material Sheets
As of build 20.1.1124.641, the Material Sheets section of the Modify Work Order interface has been split into the following tabs:
- Sheet Stock Materials
- Solid Stock Materials
- Buyout Materials
- Edgeband Materials
- Hardware Items
Sheet Stock Materials

- Add New Sheet – Allows the user to add a new sheet with parameters of their choosing. See Figure 06.

- Edit Selected Sheet – Allows the user to edit the parameters of an existing sheet. The modifiable parameters are the same as in Figure 06.
Sheet thickness cannot be changed without reprocessing the work order.
- Delete Selected Sheet – Allows the user to delete the selected sheet.
- Change Material Name – Allows the user to change the name of a particular material. Select the material to be changed in the dropdown, and enter the new name.

By changing the name of the selected material, all sheet sizes and parts are changed to the new material name. Only newly processed batches use the changed name, but reports and labels from previous batches could be affected depending on how the report is configured.
Solid Stock Materials

- Edit Selected Sheet – Allows the user to edit the parameter of an existing sheet. See Figure 09 for the modifiable parameters.

- Change Material Name – Allows the user to change the name of a particular material. Select the material to be changed in the dropdown, and enter the new name.
- Update Factory Material – If edits were made to the sheet from the Edit Selected Sheet interface, selecting Update Factory Material opens a window showing these new values and the Factory Material Values. Selecting the checkboxes next to the parameters that have changed, and clicking update updates the material at the factory level. See Figures 10 and 11.

Buyout Materials

Employee Permissions
With the advent of the Modify Work Order interface, there is also a new addition to Employee Permissions. Administrators can select which employees/users have access to the Modify Work Order interface.
