We create PDFs using the Publish to “PDF” option with the PDF Preset “DWG To PDF”.  This leaves much to be desired.

First, when “Multi-sheet file” option is selected, the scale on the first sheet is applied to all the sheets.  If “Multi-sheet file” is not selected then each sheet has the correct scale, but it requires an additional operation to combine them.

Second, the scales in the resulting PDF are not recognized by Bluebeam.  This results in the time-wasting activity of setting the scale for each viewport in every sheet using Bluebeam.

Our users are annoyed by the time they waste having to manually embed scales in their PDFs.

Another post mentioned a Bluebeam plugin, but it is apparently not an option for the OEM version of Toolbox.
