Can the default color selections in “Smart Layer Manager” be setup by default to start by using the built in AutoCAD “Index Colors” instead of the “True Color” RGB colors?
When using the default AutoCAD “Index Colors” when you go to
print in MonoChrome the layers and output are easily translated in the Black/white. But from our use when using the “True Color”
RGB colors the colors don’t change or translate unless you create new plot
styles that include or handle these new colors.
From our perspective many of the colors and variation that
are in as default color selections could be changed to “Index Colors” instead of
using “True Color” and it would solve plotting issues mainly when doing curved
items where you have the drawing part that still uses the “True Color” layer
color and not a “3D Part” Layer like other 3D analyzed products.
