We have a problem that our configurations become corrupt and need to be reimported. The users that stay signed in most of the day or don't ever switch between libraries don't see the issue but the more they switch the more often it happens. I manage three libraries and sign in often because I juggle a lot of different work so it seems at least twice a month Microvellum fails to start, and then I have to delete the configuration and import it again. There was one day were it happened repeatedly. Sometimes there is a crash before it happens and I have to force close, other times it seems to just occur at start up when I'm switching.
Does anyone else get this issue and have you found any reason or ideas to help prevent it?
