Edgebanding taking off more than specified
Hi,
I am having some trouble with my doors being cut to the wrong size. We cut the door slabs on the saw and edgeband after.
For example: A door should finish (including edgebanding) at 22.875" x 35.875". The edgeband specified to the part has a thickness of .02". Therefore the part should be cut on the saw to 22.835" x 35.835". The problem is that the saw is cutting the part to 22.8125" x 35.8125". The difference is .0225" per direction.
I have attached a screenshot of my edgeband that is being used.
Is there a global somewhere that may be affecting this?
Thank you,
Jake
