Parts not drawing correct thickness but is machining correct thickness (Formulated materials using Project Wizard)

All data that I can see is the correct thickness however when the product is redrawn the parts draw at 16.5 regardless of the thickness used in the projects Material file (16.0mm in Formulated Material).
