Project Folders got deleted

I went to add another project to my 2023 category and instead of adding a new project, I added a new category and went to delete the new category to add in a new project under my 2023 category, and all of my 2023 projects got deleted. Is there any way we can bring them back? We still have a lot of projects left to go this year.
