Shelf Equal Spacing - Non-handed Gable

I'm trying to make a non-handed (universal) gable and my adjustable shelf spacing is equal however my lineboring isn't. What's the best way to go about adjusting the line boring locations so they are the same dimension from the top and bottom of my gable. Reference image included.
