Why are both the FaceFrameImagesParts and FaceFrameImagesSubassemblies tables empty?

How can we populate the FaceFrameImagesParts and FaceFrameImagesSubassemblies tables with content, similar to the FaceFrameImages table?

There is only a brief mention of these two tables in the article Microvellum Flatshot Token (Reference), and I have searched the entire internet without finding any detailed information.
