Peck Drilling
Is there a way to setup one of the drills in tool file to use peck drilling? I can see there is an option in the tool file for Pecking Number, but I cannot find any documentation on what that does, or how to set it, or even if this is for peck drilling.sending and saving file as .dxf

How do you undock the tool box. I have been using the toolbox on the right hand side. It has recently moved itself to the left . Came in this morning and it kicked me out of the library I was using over the weekend some how. Now the toolbox is on the left . I right click on the shaded microvellum section above the tool box and it says allow docking but its not clickable. I cannot make the tool box wider or narrow either. I would like to move the tool box back to the right hand side.Tool Palette

Does anyone know how to reopen a ticked that was solved, but the problem reoccurred? I can't seem to figure out how to do it on this new support site. I asked a MV agent over the phone but he wasn't sure either. I knew how to do it on the old site. Replying to it doesn't seem to do anything, the status remains "solved" and I'm not sure if anyone is seeing the replies.Spline Machining
I'm trying to router some text into a part using a V cutter from an imported PDF, I've created a boundary, Tried converting to polyline as well as using the original spline but no luck on applying routering. Has anyone had any luck in this area? Help would be appreciated.Employee Secure List
At our company, we've never had restricted access to the MV Template, Library Designer, or the Library. Anyone would be able to go in and modify/add/change the Template or Library if they needed. Since taking over our engineering dept., I've come to realize that this might not be the best practice. I recently came upon one of our drafters trying to make a change in one of his projects, but was unintentionally doing this at the template level. Luckily, I saw this and steered him towards the projectEtemplate system
Can I use the Etemplate system that I have with Microvellum? I can't seem to find an answer to it.New Knowledge Network - what happens to the "old" tickets
All of my open tickets have now been transferred over to the new Knowledge Network but my closed tickets still remain under "eSupport". Will we still have access to the eSupport or will closed tickets be brought over to the new platform? We reference old tickets from time to time and want to make sure we can still do this. Also, all of my transferred tickets show that they are 2 days old when in reality they are at least 6 months old. Will this be an advantage or disadvantage in regards to priority
