hinge plate returns #N/A error

I've added our specific Blum hinge to the LookUpTableHinges.  We use the 71B3590 110 degree Blumotion Inserta type, and I wanted it reporting exactly on our hardware reports without needing to be edited on the fly.  So far so good there, but now I'm getting #N/A errors in my door subassemblies for the hinge plates.  To create this hinge in LookUpTableHinges, I used the PROCEDURE - How to Setup Euro Hinges.pdf  file I found on this website.  I basically copied the 107 degree hinges with their plate look-up data.  Everything seemed right until I tested my products with the new hinge.  Any help here in getting these plates linked back to these hinges is greatly appreciated!  For now I'm having to use the 107 degree hinges, and edit the reports to reflect the correct hinge.
