Deleting a Work Order

Deleting a Work Order

The purpose of this article is to provide insight on how to delete Work Orders through the Database Management tool.

To access the Database Management tool and start the export process:

1. Go to Toolbox Setup and click on the Options drop-down menu.
2. In the Utilities tab, click on the Database Management button.
3. In the Database Management interface, navigate to the Work Orders section on the left.
4. A list of your Work Orders will be displayed. Select the ones you want to be deleted and choose a location for the file to be exported to.
5. Before transferring the Work Orders, make sure to check the "Delete Work Orders After Export" option.
6. Click on the Transfer button in the lower right corner to complete the process.

The Delete Work Orders After Export checked box deletes all the selected project records and their dependent children after export. It also deletes the folder structure on disc.
