Working in the Hardware Tab

To edit the properties of a hardware item, select the hardware from the parts list.

You will be allowed to edit the Hardware Part Name, Quantity, Width, Height, Depth, Associative Rotation Angle, the X, Y, and Z origins, and the X, Y, and Z rotations.

Associative Rotation Angles are used for hardware that includes machining instructions. For example, euro-style hinges and base plates contain machining instructions that will be applied to the doors and cabinet sides. Without an associative rotation angle, the machining will not be added. Associative Hardware will be covered in a later section.
