Can I use the Etemplate system that I have with Microvellum? I can't seem to find an answer to it.
Have you started planning for re-habitation of your office/work areas post lock-down?
With the lock-down restrictions easing here in Oregon and across the nation, it's been exciting to work on the plan to move back into Microvellum HQ. With any luck, it'll happen next week! We're loosely modeling our plan after Trump's plan and we took a few minutes to sketch out the revised layout for the office. Phase I – Volunteers may return to the office, telecommuting is supported. Phase II – All remaining workers return to the office unless one is uncomfortable or has a vulnerable person to

Work Order Selection - Search function no longer searches
Has anyone else noticed since installing Build #20.1.417.642 to TOOLBOX for AutoCAD 2020 or 2019, you can no longer use the the search bar to find a Work Order (WO) or WO group in Edit Existing Work Order > Work Order Selection > Search? This is happening on both the workstation and travel laptop. Prior, I was able to enter my Job # or criteria and would have only those with in the search come up. Now it does nothing, just have to scroll through & find them manually. Pressing ENTER does nothing after

Ticket creation feature removed?
HI, I notice that you have removed: What product are you using? from the Ticket creation. Shouldn't this still be in the submittal form to assist in troubleshooting or have you found that if it's a problem in AutoCAD it's a problem in Toolbox OEM or visa-versa. Using: - AutoCAD 2019 (secondary - Library Designer cherry picking & shop support while working on new jobs...sparingly - don't want to work in same Project database) - AutoCAD 2020 (primary) - AutoCAD 2021 (installed & not supported)

New Knowledge Network - what happens to the "old" tickets
All of my open tickets have now been transferred over to the new Knowledge Network but my closed tickets still remain under "eSupport". Will we still have access to the eSupport or will closed tickets be brought over to the new platform? We reference old tickets from time to time and want to make sure we can still do this. Also, all of my transferred tickets show that they are 2 days old when in reality they are at least 6 months old. Will this be an advantage or disadvantage in regards to priority
Wish List - Section Default Options
The current default setting for the "Draw Product Sections" command is set approximately to the centerline of the product. Speaking for myself, more often than not, the default section location is problematic. I have to type in the “Distance in X From Product Origin to Cutting Plane” each time and have to spend time to determine where that should be. It may only take a short time to accomplish, but when you add up all the time spent on the multiple sections I do for each project it adds up fast.

Corner Cabinet Base back modification
Looking at the Corner Cabinets backs is there an easy way to modify them to have the backs be 1/2"? or to make the backs have an option to switch from thick to regular? we typically construct all our cabinets this way, i understand the need to have thicker backs when having an interior component like adjustable shelves but with having just a Lazy Susan we do not need the thicker back option. i had changed everything by trial and error to modify the cabinet to need what we want but it would be better

Microvellum Introduces New Software Versioning Schema
If you’re like most users, the version or build number of your software may not be that important. Whether it’s a beta major, minor, or beta build number doesn’t really matter, right?
