To copy a specification group collection, select the collection (note the green check mark) and click on the Copy icon (or right-click and select Copy Specification Group). At the following window, you will need to give the specification group a new name and select which components you want to be copied and enter a new name for those as well.
Copy Specification Group Components

The newly copied components will be automatically assigned to the new specification group.
Info
The Launch Find and Replace function is recommended to only be used for Project Specification Groups – covered in a different section.
To rename a specification group collection, you will need to select the collection and click the Rename icon (or right-click and select Rename Specification Group).

To delete a specification group collection, you will need to select the collection and click the Delete icon (or right-click and select Delete Specification Group).
Info
Any components that were being used by that specification group collection will not be deleted. Any components that were not shared with another collection will now show as unused components (orange text).
