Resolutions General

1.   Restored the "Slab Molding" feature within the Solid Wood Door subassembly. Added missing molding profile drawings.
2.   Resolved graphical rotation issues with Tab Pulls that affected 2D elevation and section views.
3.   Resolved an issue with handle location when using a top shadowline only with a drawer bank cabinet.
4.   Resolved an issue with toe kick assembly option in Any Angle cabinets.
5.   The Base 2 Bay Drawer has been rebuilt from the Master 2 Bay Horizontal Cabinet to resolve some issues with the shadowline feature.
6.   Resolved an issue in corner cabinets when using shelf standards.
7.   Resolved an issue when using the global variable “Extend Sides to Floor”. This will no longer affect Upper cabinets.
   

Additions/Resolutions Face Frame Cabinetry

1.  Selecting the global “Face Frame Miter FE Joint” will now force the Applied Panel FF to ignore "G!Face_Frame_Outside_Overlay_at_FE" and align with the mitered face frame.
2.  Resolved a 2D plan view draw token issue for Transition Angle Cabinet FF products.
3.  Resolved an issue with Horizontal Opening Splitter FF when adding Shelf ADJ to a bay.
4.  The back in all Face Frame Cabinets will now be placed correctly in the Z origin and size correctly when selecting no bottom.

1. Added additional Blum Aventos HK Top options for “Chipboard Screw” machining.  
   

1. Within the Toe Kick Base product, screw construction has been added to the top of the sleepers into the cleats as well as machining from the front and back of the cleats into the front and back rails. We have also added in the"G!Dado_Minimum_Width" variable to add DADOs. 
   

1. Added a new report “Product Detail Report w Bays”. This report will display more information typically needed for designer cabinets with multiple bays. 
   

1. Added the ability to drop cabinet backs to the floor (when not captured). Added new global variable "G!Extend_Backs_To_Floor". 
   

1. Added prompts to the Tall Pullout Pantry. When selecting Horizontal Handles you now have the option to have centered Horizontal Handles. When unselecting Horizontal Handles you now have an option to have the handle on the left or right side of the face panel. 
   

1. Added help text warning messages for Base 1 Drawer Waste Bin product (and others). If the cabinet's inside width, height, or depth does not accommodate the correct size for the selected Pullout, the message will appear on the 2D plan view of the product. 
   

Modifications

1. Modified all appliance products to better differentiate appliance opening size vs actual appliance size. For example, a dishwasher may require 24” opening, but the appliance is actually 23.875”. 

1. Improvements made to the Door and Drawer Front Fabrication report. Door Styles will now display. Also removed subassemblies that were not actually doors from appearing. 

1. Magic Corner hardware for blind corner cabinets renamed to Magic Corner II to match manufacture’s specs. 

1. Extruded Countertop – The HeightAboveFloor formula has been updated to align with the standard Base Cabinet height. 

Resolutions General

1. Resolved an issue with many drawer systems’ drawer bottom part sizes when using “Back Over Bottom” option. Recommend verifying your particular drawer system drawer depths are matching your expected sizes. Also verify the “Back Over Bottom” selection is set to your desired option. 

1. Resolved a formula issue inside Base 1 Door Sink With False Front that was introduced in the previous update. Finished Faces will now display correctly. 

1. Resolved numerous hardware graphics issues wherein the graphics were not scaling properly for imperial scale users. 

1. Resolved a 2D elevation issue with Countertop With Waterfall Ends product. 

1. Resolved an issue with the rotation of the handle on the 2d elevation drawing for the left bi-fold doors. 

1. Resolved an issue when using Tall Wall Oven with Shadowline.  

1. “Adj/Fixed Shelf Qty” prompts will now remain visible when using “Division with Adj Shelves”. 

1. Resolved an issue when using Blum HF lift up hardware within Wall Oven cabinets. The calculation for the position of the lift mech in the component doors sub has been updated to look at the opening size, not the size of the overall cabinet.

1. Resolved a Z location issue for certain drawer types inside the Component Drawers subassembly. 

1. Resolved an issue with “Base 1 Drawer Waste Bin” products where waste bin pullout types in the subassembly were not automatically being set when product is added. 

1. Resolved an issue in “Upper Open End Cabinet”.  Adj shelf holes will now line up when selecting Right Hand option. 

1. Resolved an issue with “Scribe Filler With Cleats” option when using different thickness material for the fillers. 

1. Global variable “Draw Hardware Blocks For Pullouts” will no longer control wood drawers. They will use “Draw Hardware Blocks For Slides”. 

1. Resolved an issue where extra AutoCAD scales were being added to the drawing whenever a dwg block (such as hardware) was brought in from a product. All dwg blocks have been purged of unnecessary scales.* 

Additions/Resolutions Face Frame Cabinetry*

1. Resolved a cabinet issue with the internal height calculation when using the “Add Center Shelf” option. This was introduced from the previous update and has now been corrected. 

1. Resolved an issue when selecting a cabinet Finished End and also Applied End on the same side. Parts will no longer be in the same space. 

1. Resolved an issue with door heights when selecting Top Facia and deselecting Intermediate Rails. 

1. Resolved issues with Base Transition Angle Cabinet FF. Product has been rebuilt from Master Transition Angle Cabinet FF.

Additions/Resolutions Office Furniture Expansion*

1. Added the Office Desk - 1 Piece Top and Office Desk - 2 Piece Top products each with a shaped cutout in the corner and a bow shape on the front. 

1. Added the 3-piece Top Desk product with a corner leg configuration. 

1. Added scallop cutout options to desks and worktops used for back edge cable management. 

1. Added Cabinet Connector Holes option to all office furniture cabinet products. 

1. Simplified the office furniture cabinet products that were using two back parts used to transpose the part orientations and grain directions. This can now be done within the MV processing stations, so the extra parts were removed. 

1. Corrected a part thickness issue inside Standard Hob. 

Additions/Resolutions Closet/Wardrobe Expansion 

1. Resolved an issue with Closet Drawers with Single Hanging product. Top Fixed Shelf will now be in the correct location when activated.

Additions

1. Added a new product, the “Extruded Master Countertop”. Four other extruded countertop products have been replaced with a new version based on this product. Many new features have been added into this enhanced extruded product (Toolbox 24.1.0416 or newer required for some new features):
1. Connector hardware (toggle bolts) available.
2. Buildup options.
3. Backsplash options.
4. Offset from Polyline variable.
5. Position of product Left or Right of line.
6. Countertop front edge detail options.
7. Supports recalculation of geometry with product prompt depth changes (without the need to extrude from polyline again).
8. Supports additional more complex polylines such as non-blended radius conditions.
9. More features planned for future enhancements.

1. Added Galvin Prime Slim Drawers. (No Graphics) (AU/NZ Market only)

1. Added slot cutouts for aluminum file bars in wood drawers.

1. Added a new global variable “Door Rounding” used with a FLOOR function to round down the width and height of all door & drawer front parts.

1. Grain Direction & Perfect Grain Container prompts have been added to the MV Profile Door and the Solid Wood Door subassemblies.

1. Added new features to the ADA Sink Angled Frame product:
1. Angled Frame with Toe Kick.
2. Inset or Overlay Angled Panel.
3. Finished Front, Finished Sub Front, or Sub Front.
4. Added horizontal parts to create an optional enclosed bottom.
5. Inside and outside radius parameters for the angled polyline cut.
6. Prompt layout has been changed and will most likely continue to be refined in the next update as we gather additional feedback.
   

Modifications

1. Modified the rear notch on the Front Stretchers to match the Rear Stretchers. The notch will now look at "G!Dado_Small_Part_Notch_Distance_To_Rear_Edge".

1. Replaced many M2U functions throughout the library with UCN to prevent undesirable default imperial values from appearing. For example, instead of “=M2U(1,Accuracy)" which results in “0.03937” inches, we now use “=UCN(0.0312,1)” or “=UCN(0.0625,1)” which provides fractional values (1/32” or 1/16”) more commonly used by imperial users.

These changes will not affect metric users. However, for imperial users, some default variables might change slightly in new library installs. M2U values that match specific hardware specifications have not been changed.*

1. Changed how the globals “Back Width Adjustment” & “Back Height Adjustment” behave when they are both used together with Full Applied backs. The back sizes will adjust, however the X & Z origins will remain flush with the left side and bottom of cabinet. This will prevent any associative screw hole machining issues.

1. All drawers updated to use "G!Drawer_Bottom_Hole_Depth" for the Bottom Hole Depth instead of a fixed value.

1. Wood Drawers now use "G!Drawer_Box_Dowel_Target_Spacing" instead of "VLOOKUP(PARTMACHINEY(),G!LookupTableTargetSpacingDowels,2,TRUE)"

1. Default value for "G!Drawer_Box_Dowel_Target_Spacing" changed to "UCN(3.7795,96)"

1. For Solid Wood Drawer fronts, Stiles and Rails will now be the same width by default.*
   

Resolutions General

1. Resolved the Solid Wood Door "Add Finish Label" prompt to match Finished Faces subassembly. The prompt will now correctly display one label per product when global “Finish Label Condition” = “Product”.

1. Resolved an issue with all Finished Face/MV Profile Door/Solid Wood Door subassemblies referencing an incorrect column in the Door Wizard "D!LookUpTableDoorStyle" table. Various parameters such as “Default Top Rail Width” will now correctly reference the Door columns when it’s a door and the Drawer columns when it’s a drawer front.*

1. Resolved an issue with the Hettich WingLine Guide hardware graphics. Should no longer cause issues with the Flatshot feature.

1. Added a 140mm option to the Hafele Alto drawer system for the NZ region.

1. Resolved a Hinge Plate issue for right hand doors in corner diagonal cabinets.

1. Resolved an issue with Base Under Counter Oven product that was affecting the bottom Facia.

1. For Solid Wood Drawer fronts, corrected "Use Single Solid Wood Front SA" so it will not reference the Min Door Height (column 13) when it's a drawer front.

1. Resolved an issue in certain subassembly insert components that were incorrectly displaying Fixed Shelf Qty prompts when bay 2 was set to Adj Shelf.

1. Resolved a machining issue in all Corner Cabinet’s right-side backs. Dado tokens were missing a value for parameter 5 Dado Thickness. This seemed to only affect users using a Saw.

1. Resolved an issue when using Buyout Doors. Default buyout material used is no longer zero thickness.
   

Additions/Resolutions Face Frame Cabinetry

1. Added the option for Interior Components to reference Frame Opening vs Box Opening. When selected, certain interior inserts will reference the Face Frame Opening Height instead of the Interior Cabinet Height, allowing them to be centered in the frame opening.
   

Resolutions Office Furniture

1. Resolved an issue within some Office Drawer Cabinets.

4. Improvements & additions have been made to the cabinet Shadow Rail feature.  
   
1. All updated to work with a backing rail. 
2. The prompt “Add Wrapped Batten” in all products has been changed to “Add Backing Rail” to avoid confusion with the main Wrapped Batten feature. 
3. Added the ability to have the backing rail in-between the cabinet sides. 
4. Drawer Stretchers will now sit behind the shadow rails. 
5. Added SEARCH functions to look for "L-Shape", "Solid Rail" and "Batten" If the name of the profile has "Solid Rail" in the name it will use machinable parts. If "Batten” is in the name, it will change the backing rail to a wrapped batten. If the name has "L-Shape" it will turn on parts to create an L-shaped shadow rail. With this setup, users can easily create their own shadow rail features by adding rows to D!LookUpTableShadowline.
6. Added three new Shadow Rail profile styles: 
1. L Shape Solid Rail with Backing Rail 
2. Gola Standard 
3. Gola Zero Radius 
7. Mounting clips added, and 3 new columns to the lookup table in the door wizard for the position of the clip and the type. 
   
5. Added two additional Sink Faucet options. 
6. Added a new global variable, “Use Simple Face Frame”. This will now turn on a simple face frame when the doors are inset and “G!Inset Door Setback” is less than 0. 
7. Added an appliance panel option to the Fridge product. Note that the default sizes are generic and will need to be modified to match appliance manufacture’s specs. 
8. Added a double Facia (False Front) feature to all Sink Cabinets, the Master Cabinet, and several other base cabinets. 
9. Added a new frameless master cabinet: Master Split Height Designer Cabinet.  
10. Added six new global variables to control the inset backs left and right on corner cabinets:
1. “Base Left Corner Inset Back”
2. “Base Right Corner Inset Back” 
3. “Tall Left Corner Inset Back”

11. Added a new global variable, “Thick Backs Top and Bottom Use Default Construction Method”. With this selected, the top and bottom machining on thick backs will look at the default Construction Method Top and Construction Method Bottom. This will address certain challenges that are encountered when configuring cabinet back machining when the method differs from the carcase machining. 
12. Added the "Use Aluminium Handles" prompt to all products with handles. Previously this was only able to be activated from the Door Wizard. 
13. Added a Library Change Log to a worksheet in the Factory workbook. This can be used to track & document custom library changes and/or feature requests. Also useful for MV technical support agents or service providers to review information about your library. 

Modifications 

1. Modified the “Cabinet Leveler” feature inside the Notched Toe Kick subassembly. Materials for “EZ Level” have been renamed and the SA info has been updated to better reflect the needed hardware quantities and names for ordering.  
2. Drawer Divisions within Door/Drawer cabinets will now only contain horizontal dowel/screw holes where they meet up with stretchers above or below.  
3. Modified the "Internal_Profile_Lead" location inside center pocket tool path of MDF Profile Doors. Lead in should no longer interfere with the rail detail in small doors/drawer fronts. 
4. Toe kick assembly boxes have been updated to look at the global variables "Toe Kick End Offset", "Toe Kick Finished End Offset" and "Toe Kick Back Offset". Added new global variables for the Adjustable Leg subassemblies as they were looking at the Toe kick offsets. New global variables have been added: 
1. “Adjustable Leg End Offset”
2. “Adjustable Leg Finished End Offset” 
3. “Adjustable Leg Back Offset” 
5. Updated the hinge plate setback as well as the door reveals in the Diagonal and Transition cabinets. Default results should be improved in these scenarios. 
6. Resolved issues when adding a Component Door insert into an opening.  
1. The Prompts "Is_DivisionLeft", "IS_Division_Right", "Is_Shelf_Top", "Is_Shelf_Bottom" are now visible prompts on the Construction Options tab.  
2. The Prompts "Left_Hinge_Overlay" and "Right_Hinge_Overlay" have been updated as well as the "Left_Reveal_Overhang" and "Right_Reveal_Overhang". The overlays will now calculate correctly when changing the Left and Right hinge overlay types. Previously the “Hinge_Overlay” and “Reveal_Overhang” prompts were disconnected with one another. 

Resolutions General 

1. Resolved numerous issues and inconsistencies with all drawer system subassemblies. Reviewed, compared, and conducted extensive testing within each drawer subassembly. Some items addressed (not a complete list): 
1. Resolved issues with switching between back over bottom and back around bottom construction. 
2. Reduced complexity of (Space_Required_Under_drawer_Bottom) Formulas, verified they were subtracting (Reduce_Bottom_Thickness) 
3. All Drawer Systems now contain 3SIDEDCUTOUT for center notch function. 
4. All drawer system bottoms that receive rout machining to size the thickness are now using a 4-sided cutout token on the part instead of an associative Dado token from a phantom part. This solves some reported Toolbox post processing (nesting) issues. 
5. Many other issues resolved.
2. Global "ADA Sink Toe Kick Options" category no longer missing from Library Update. 
3. Resolved an issue with sink cutout graphic not displaying in 3D. 
4. Resolved an issue with Extruded Toe Kick Base when used on a 90° blended radius. 
5. Resolved a misspelled prompt in Drawer Stretcher subassembly (Strectcher Width).
6. Resolved issue with applied finished ends not displaying in 2D elevation view of product. Also corrected elevation dimension that occurred in certain circumstances. 
7. All Extruded Products using legacy "G!Default_Routing_Tool_CW" variable have now been updated to use "G!Default_Cutting_Tool". 
8. When certain adjacent cabinets were processed together, Perfect Grain Container errors would sometimes appear. This was due to the system trying to perfect grain match all the adjacent panels onto the same container and exceeded the size of available sheet stock. To prevent this, all designer cabinet products now have their “Perfect Grain Container” option defaulted to “None”. Users will be able to set the “Perfect Grain Container” as needed.  
9. When adding glass to the MV Profile Door, the layer name used has been corrected to “Door_Glass”.  
10. Resolved issue in the Component Drawers subassembly that affected the “Left/Right Reveal” variables. 
11. Adjusted the IF PEANUT 3 Invisible Fastener machining to match manufacture’s specifications. 
12. Resolved an issue in Open End cabinets. Dowel/Screw machining will no longer be missing in certain conditions. 
13. Resolved an adjustable shelf line bore hole issue inside Transition Angle cabinets when back machining was required with Continuous Shelf Holes option selected. 
14. Resolved a 2D cross section dimension detail when changing the door bottom reveal. 
15. Resolved a small calculation issue inside the Cost Based Reports related to the waste factor. 

Additions/Resolutions Face Frame Cabinetry 

1. Changed the behavior within Face Frame cabinets wherein changing End Condition to “Applied End” or “Face Frame” the side face frame overlay control will switch to “Outside Control”. 
2. Updated the Face Frame subassembly to include the "Left_Stile_Scribe_Amount" and "Right_Stile_Scribe_Amount" in the stile size and the overall dim within the automated generated 2D Face Frame image and 2D elevation drawing of products. 
3. Applied Panel FF will now extend in the correct direction when using the “Extend Front Edge” prompt.

1. Added a Cabinet Cutout subassembly to all base and master products in both the Frameless and Face Frame categories. This can be turned on through a prompt under the Construction tab called “Full Top Cutout”. This subassembly can create cutouts in the top, bottom, left side, and right side. The cutouts can be split into 1,2,3, or 4 cutouts for each side. A custom calculator is included to control the location and spacing of the multiple cutouts. A special 3D block is added to cabinets using this cutout (lower left of opening). The block can be used to quickly select the subassembly’s prompts for making changes. 

1. Added two new global variables to give users the option to omit the 3D drawing blocks for Drawers, Pullouts, and Waist Bins. This can be a good way to speed up Toolbox performance if you have large drawings with many products.

1. Master Split Cabinet - Added the ability to add a double center shelf at the split. This has been achieved by adding a function to the vertical splitter to have a double shelf. Each shelf has the option to reverse the machining from the bottom face to the top face if needed such as cams or dados. 

1. The Bead Option for outside of Face Frames has been added to the Split Height Designer FF cabinets. 

1. Added the ability to specify the Splay Handle Position and J Profiles. This feature has been added to the finish faces and MV Profile door subassemblies. You can now select the top, bottom, or vertical edge.

1. *For multi bay closet products we needed the ability to have the base and top of each bay to line up with system 32 when changing the bay height. We have added prompts for each bay to calculate the bay height when using system 32. Each bay now has a "Required Bay Height" prompt. The user can enter the required height and the height of the bay will be calculated by the "Bay Height" which will calculate to the nearest derivative of 32mm.

1. *Previously you could only change the height of the bays to be less than the closet height which would rase the bays off the floor for a wall hung closet. We now have the ability to make the bay height greater than the closet height, which will increase the bay height above the closet height.
   

1. Modified the Drawer Options List. Waste Bins and Pull-Outs have been removed from the drawer options list and are now on their own individual lists. Five new rows have been added to the LookUpTableListOptions table inside the factory workbook. Additional options will be populated within these rows in future library updates.
   

1. *Made improvements to Closet products’ prompts to prevent users from selecting items not possible (error trapping).
2. *When changing Closet products to System 32, the default construction method will automatically be changed to Cams. Also, cam lock hole locations will use "G!Front_Shelf_Hole_to_Edge" instead of "G!Cam_Distance_to_Front_Edge".

1. Cabinet sides now point to “Carcase Edges” for their edgebanding. The prompt "Side_Edges" has been removed from all products. This has created some confusion, as the sides should look at the carcase edge.

1. The machine point of Tops, Bottoms, and Fixed shelves of corner cabinets has been changed to the back corner of the parts. This will better accommodate the correct orientation of parts on doweling machines. Also, in the fixed shelves, there has been a prompt added to change the side of the mortise if needed.

1. Wood Drawer Box & Dovetail Drawer Box now have the same “wood block spacer” feature that other drawer systems have.

1. Drawing templates have been updated to improve the lineweights in viewbase. Layers have been added, and lineweights have been set to default.

When Centered is selected the "Continuous Shelf Offset" is used, as the offset from the top and bottom will be the same. When it is set to Fixed, "Continuous Holes Distance From Top" and "Continuous Holes Distance From Bottom" are used.
6. Added Diagonal Crown Molding for Diagonal cabinets.
7. Added a global prompt to control if we want a corner notch relief or not on applied toe kicks with notched ends.
