Classroom Training

Here, our expert instructors follow a predefined curriculum to ensure a comprehensive and effective learning journey.
Microvellum University
Microvellum University (MVU) is a comprehensive training program designed to help woodworkers maximize their usage of Microvellum's design-to-manufacturing software platform. The program is comprised of dozens of free educational videos organized into curated training plans, complete with downloadable projects and quizzes to help review the material. Curriculum will take viewers from the basics all the way to expert level topics, all at their own pace. As such, it is recommended to utilize Microvellum University when training new users on the fundamentals of the software. The entire series can be found and accessed for free on

Remote Training
Remote training services are educational engagements performed by Microvellum’s certified service provider team. *Services are estimated as a time-and-materials service, with costs calculated based on time spent and materials used. Additional training services may be requested through your Microvellum Account Manager in the form of a change order. Requires an internet connection.
Customization Services
Onsite Services
Onsite services are generalized service engagements that adhere to a prescribed scope of work defined by Microvellum’s Account Managers and are carried out by Microvellum’s certified service provider team at a client’s facility or alternative location specified by the client. * Services are estimated as a time-and-materials service, with costs calculated based on time spent and materials used. Additional services may be requested through your Microvellum Account Manager in the form of a change order.
Remote Services
Remote services are generalized service engagements that adhere to a prescribed scope of work defined by Microvellum’s Account Managers and are carried out by Microvellum’s certified service provider team. * Services are estimated as a time-and-materials service, with costs calculated based on time spent and materials used. Additional services may be requested through your Microvellum Account Manager in the form of a change order.
Integration & Configuration Services
Custom Software Programming
Enhance your design to manufacturing processes with our custom software programming services, expertly executed by Microvellum’s software development team and tailored to meet your specific requirements. * Custom software development is available at the discretion of Microvellum’s Product Management Team and coordinated by Microvellum’s Account Managers.
CNC Machine Post Configuration
Includes configuration services for a specified number of CNC machines (1 unit per machine connection). It is the client's responsibility to make dedicated personnel and machine time available (at least one full day of personnel and at least 1-3 hours of machine time) to assist in testing and confirming the post-processor setup. The client will facilitate open communication and request necessary technology and information from third-party providers and/or machine technicians on behalf of Microvellum. Testing related to the post will be led by the client with assistance from Microvellum.
Saw Configuration
Includes configuration services for a specified number of saws. It is the client's responsibility to allocate dedicated personnel and machine time to assist in testing and confirming the post-processor setup. The client will facilitate open communication and request necessary technology and information from third-party providers and/or machine technicians on behalf of Microvellum. Testing related to the connection will be led by the client with assistance from Microvellum.
Horizontal Boring Machine Configuration
Includes configuration services for a specified number of Horizontal Boring machines. It is the client's responsibility to allocate dedicated personnel and machine time to assist in the testing and confirmation of the post-processor setup. The client will facilitate open communication and request necessary technology and information from third-party providers and/or machine technicians on behalf of Microvellum. Testing related to the connection will be led by the client with assistance from Microvellum.
