Solid Model Tools/Analyzer Need Serious Work
I jumped onboard the Solid Model Tools train when they were first introduced in 2014. They were a game changer for us. Over the years these tools have evolved; and in many ways, they evolved for the better but have never been perfect - and I don't expectUnacceptably long wait time for tech support
10 to 14 days (minimum) waiting for tech support to address issues with BSB or Microvellum in general. Are they too busy for a courtesy email or call to let me know wait times are long? I have serious production and software problems that aren't beingChange Configuration Without Closing Program

While using MV occasionally I get a pop up indicating I've been offline for a while! then I get one indicating 'polling to network session server failed - no error' both screenshots attached MV say its our server our IT people say its not! How many times have you pasted a formula into Edit Design Data and select Save, Close and Redraw? Guess what, it doesn't save it and now you have to do it all over. For some reason EDD doesn't recognize this change, so you have to "trick" MV into thinkingOverlay top and Rails both selected

Newbie here The dowel holes in MV are set to 28mm depth When I open the MPR file in woodWOP, the holes come in at 20mm depth. The holes stay at 20mm no matter what I change on the MV side. There is a gap between rails and stiles on a 5 piece door The tongue length measures at 0.5" (needs to be 0.375") . Which is causing the overall rail length to be 0.25" short In the "S" workbook, the tongue length is set to 0.375". I am using screw construction for my backs. MV thinks I want Dowels too, I do not ha ha. I Why or what is causing the dowels to be added when they are not selected for the back construction?
