Perfect Corners on MDF Doors
Hi everyone, I am working on producing MDF doors, but my corners are slightly rounded, and I'm looking to get a sharp corner. I am currently using a 45 degree and 60 degree bit. I route the square profile out first, then I add a route line from the insideAccess Panel option to radius just one side
I have been messing with the Access panel sub assembly for a while. Broken it and fixed it again, with help. One option I would like to see is the ability to have an access panel with the side against the back or side flat and the other side radiusedGrain direction alternating on the same sheet

The dado cut on angled walls is not staying square. It is nesting as an angle on the ends of the dado rebates which is to small for my router to follow and is throwing up an error on my cnc and it stops the sheet from cutting.
