I am currently trying to migrate to the Foundation Configuration. Everything is set up the way my company likes it. However we use a 4 x 2 roll feed label for parts. When I went to print a label it prints i portrait, so the half the label in not printed.
Route Tool Depth
Is there a way to set the depth of a route or other operation relative to the thickness of the material in 'Draw Part in 2D' machining editor? I've had to change material thickness after a design was ready to go due to the material arriving and being
Program Preventing Naming a Room with the same name as a Dwg within the Factory Database Directory
At some point the program started to check if there was already a Dwg within the on-disk Factory Database location by that name and prevent you from creating a room by that name. It never did this before. I figure this was obviously a change to the program
Change Part Properties, 2d Part ops etc. without updating sections
Currently, our 'Product Section' (Plan Section and Cross Section) drawings are deleted if we select Cancel after making changes to products/parts. Is there a way to skip the section update for insignificant changes?
ToolBox and Production Module
I have exhausted my search trying to find what is referred to as "The Production Module". It is referenced in a few "Knowledge Base" articles, without further explanation. I don't see it listed in "Software Features". Can someone point me to a better
Machine Token - Profile Panel Edge
A selected profile for The Machine Token, Profile Panel Edge, does not seem to update if you modify the profile and re-draw the part. I was making my own profile for a custom finger pull on a door. I used an existing MV profile as a starting point. I renamed the custom profile and re-drew the part and it worked, but the profile was not quite right. So I modified the profile, saved, and re-drew the part. The profile did not change. I checked the profile drawing and it was successfully modified. When

Fixed shelf dowel depth at a Division
Hello When two fixed shelves are separated by a division the dowels on the fixed shelves interfere with one another. I know about the offset dowel option in the global variables. The issue I have with that is the offset creates the need for the part to

Dado Machine Tokens
We use a saw to create our dados on our tops, bottoms & sides for our back to fit into. So I've set this up with our dado clearance below: I'm running into an issue where an extra pass needs to be added and it won't add it. Is this machine token limited
Latch Timberline CompX Double Door
Does anyone know where to find the machine tokens for the Latch Timberline CompX Double Door in the Foundation Library? This latch is not listed in the hardware library. I did find it in the "H Look Up Table" under Secondary locks but it only lists the
gap at thick back dado
HI everyone, Switching from Component to Foundation Library and trying to set up all our previous construction standards. One thing with our fully dadoed thick back is the need for a gap between the tongue and sides/top/bottom for a little wiggle room;
Is it possible to edit the machine token parameter text that shows up in Part Properties?
I know the image can be edited, and User Defined Tokens can be added and controlled. But, can the original token's text be changed at all? There are some missing (newer) elements to some of the token parameters that we'd like to add. Or, if MV has updated
Extruded Product Builder Template
Hello everyone! We are just now getting down to the nitty-gritty and trying to implement the EPB for all of our custom fabrication. It's been a big learning curve for all of us, and I still feel like there's so much we don't know, but I'll start with
Flatshot Token: Section Issue
I've created a flatshot token for a countertop product. The Plan works great, the section will not show the miters on the parts at the deck & front edge. I'm using the Miter token and it looks good in the 3d part, it's just not translating to the flatshot
no drawing?
When i go to Nest Options / Open Drawing there is no .dwg. Where are the settings for this? There used to be a setting that controlled whether you had all nest in one drawing or a dwg per material. I think it was in the processing station? I can't

Hardware Token - machining two non-adjacent panels
I'm trying to add a new hardware item for a closet rod. The problem I'm running into is getting it to only show once on the hardware report while also getting the machining for the rod on both side panels. I'm guessing there's not a perfect solution to
Return Filler (Shadows) & Flush with Carc Applied Ends Need Their Own Door Reveal Global

Folder color change after part modification - Foundation Library
Hello, So I tried to search for this but haven't been able to see a solution but was wondering if anyone knows how to get the color of the folder in the part properties window to go back to green without having to click "Revert Subassembly"? The reason
FEATURE REQUEST - HWR Array in 2 Directions
Since you can array in both X and Y on a bore token, it would be great if the same thing could be done with the HWR array token. It would help us out a lot for things like z-clips, standoffs, etc, to be able to use a single token to product a grid of hardware. Please let me know if this exists and I am not aware.
FEATURE REQUEST: move 2D Tokens onto their own tab (not with Prompts)
I'm sure this would be a big undertaking, but it would be helpful if the 2D Drawing Tokens (and Virtual Routes, etc) were not on the "Prompts" tab. When moving prompts around, it can be cumbersome to make sure that you are not messing up any of the stuff
COMPOUND ARC

Route Array? Is it possible
Is there a way to route multiple holes in a pattern. I know I can drill multiple holes using the bore token, but can I do the same thing using the routedhole token? Some of our products have a through hole w/ known spacing, however when drilling, we get
Importing (Updated) subassembly from library?
Hi, I've edited a subassembly in a project: I've added some prompts & optional parts. I've saved it to the library, but now I'd like to use it in an existing project. But, how? I can't find a 'revert subassembly from library' button :( cheers

T Slot bit for Lockdowel

Where is Post Laminate Product Prompt?
We use Dado and Screw construction for most all our cabinets. This requires us to post laminate our cabinets when needing a finished end, along with some finished bottoms, tops and backs. I am unable to find the prompt that controls this setting in the
PLINEs with multiple offsets in Parameter 5 lose their pocketing ability
If you offset a PLINE only once (without curly brackets around it), the option for making it a pocket will hold. However, if you offset it multiple times (which requires curly brackets around each instance), the PLINE loses the pocket option you tried
How to track what exactly has been engineered inside of cells
To keep track of which cells have been edited, we change the fill color of the cell in Workbook Designer (each engineer has a specific color). That way, others know that cell has been engineered and who did it. When possible, we also copy the old formula
More available colors in the color column
Currently you can color your prompts with the color column, but the available colors are limited to the first 9. I would like to be able to use the full AutoCAD color catalog (Either the Index Color 1 - 255, or the RGB equivalent Color Books 1-255,1-255,1-255)
Refresh automatique en sortant d'un TextBox

FEATURE REQUEST: Minor Change to Edit Design Data Column Header Format
When "Set Standard Column Widths" is applied, the "Part Name" through the "2D Elv Token" (& Par) columns all fit visibly on my screen. However, the "Base Point", "Machine Point", "& "X,Y,Z Rotation" columns take up a lot of unnecessary real estate on
Is there a way to disable or hide a specific type of Machine Token?
There are a few types of Machine Tokens that we'd like to disappear from the visible list, so that our users would never attempt to apply them to a part. This is typically because they either cause issues on our machines or in cutrite nesting software.
Is there a way to adjust the automated lead-in that MV creates on closed/internal routes to be a straight line instead of an arc?
I know for sure it is creating this arced lead-in on 4-sided cutouts, but it might also apply to PLINES, etc. Currently, CutRite is expecting a straight route as the 1st segment, and it won't accept an arc. It therefore adds a really small segment before
